-100m Run with dumbbell or kettlebell 35/20
-20 lunge walk steps, pass weight between legs with each lunge
-20 bench press (10 ea/arm)
-20 Power Snatch (10 ea/arm)
* If you drop or rest the weight on the floor, then you must do 5 burpees for every offence.
100-Ab mat sit-ups for time
