-Burpees
-Kettlebell Swings
-Ab Mat Sit-ups
100m Partner Med Ball Throw
Partner A does exercise while partner B runs 200m. Partner B must high five partner to relieve them from the exercise. Partner B does the exercise, while partner A runs 200m. When partner A finishes 200m run, partner A will start the next exercise. Repeat same process for each exercise other than the Med ball throw.
