  2. I have never felt so close to puking in a wod, the 3rd run was the worst part. Loved it though, feel great this am, feel like I really killed the back extensions 28:07

  3. Hated to miss this one. Looks interesting with all of the BE and SU. On duty today so did a WOD off of the main site.
    135# thrusters- 15 reps
    pull-ups - 15 reps
    95# thrusters- 21 reps
    pull-ups - 21 reps
    65# thrusters- 36 reps
    pull-ups - 36 reps
    Time: 14:04
    This was not (RX) because the pull-ups were supposed to be weighted. I just didn't have it in me. I'll be resting tomorrow due to extreme fatigue.
