Partner workout:
Any size med ball (more than 8 lbs)
Med ball must be in contact with one partner the entire workout. Be creative.
20 ab-mat med ball passes
2 rope climbs - other partner does push-ups, then switch
15 box jumps - other partner does air squats, then switch
10 pull-ups - other partner does hand-stand hold, then switch
both run 200m (one carrying med-ball)
Med-ball ideas:
push-ups: one hand on ball or feet on ball
air-squats: hold ball in front, back, or on head
pull-ups: hold ball between feet
hand stand: head on ball
Obviously, not all exercises are able to be done with med-ball, so partner must use it.
