    I am so sore in my lats/shoulders I hardly slept last night. Frustrating but good for us wod.

  2. Pain and Frustration. Fell into the wall 3x on the HSPU before I decided modify them (I'm a slow learner sometimes). Negative Dips. Regular push ups. My arms were still numb from Sunday's WOD and this didn't help them.
