    Good WOD. I really tried to concentrate on executing the clean and jerk correctly. For me, this movement is pretty complex so I slowed it down on the lifts. Could definitely feel it when I did it correctly because it was so much easier. I look forward to more of these.

  3. Pat, thanks for the inspiring words. Your attitude when you train people is awesome and you are always positive. You and the wifey got a good thing going on I hope to see you grow so much you have to get a bigger space!!! Jefe and Mags are amazing trainers as well. Its inspiring to have a coach who went to the first crossfit games and kicked butt (Mags ;) )!!! Proud to be training at E3!!!
