I had to use the rack to get my weight up, so technically it wasn't rx'd - but I did do 65# and I am pretty damn proud of that! 24:21 my first rx'd Nancy time. Between now and next time I'll work on my heaving snatch so I don't use the rack, and ofcourse running faster! Thanks for running my last 400 with me Christy, you made me go faster then I would have Sista!
#25/row 500m instead of run/25:50. The last round was tough. Thanks to John for the ongoing encouragement throughout the wod and the guy in the orange hoodie for the last round help. It's amazing what a few words from nice people can do for me :-) I finished!
